Neal & Associates Div., was incorporated as John R. Neal & Associates, Inc., in 1981 by John R. Neal, Sr. He was joined a few months later by his son, John R. Neal, Jr., our current President. They quickly established themselves as an important supplier to the mechanical side of new construction in North Texas. Beginning primarily as a Manufacturers\' Representative organization, we have grown to become a very sizable stocking distributor for many manufacturers.
Located in the North East section of Dallas, Texas, our 27,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse is equipped with state of the art material handling equipment and inventory control software.
 
Neal & Associates Div. Established in 1981 has 30 years experience in Hydronic Heating, Steam Heating and Hydronic Cooling Equipment. Neal & Associates offers a full line of Commercial Hydronic and Steam products including: HVAC Pumps, Steam & Hot Water Boilers, Boiler Flue PIpe, Spray & Tray Type Steam Deareators , Steam Condensate/Boiler Feed systems, Steam Traps, Steam Pressure Reducing valves and Steam Safety Valves. We also carry most steam pipeline accessories in inventory for same day shipment.
Neal & Associates / NAMCO Div. also offers Pre-Engineered Factory Skid Packages for a variety of HVAC applications.
