Neal & Associates Div., was incorporated as John R. Neal & Associates, Inc., in 1981 by John R. Neal, Sr. He was joined a few months later by his son, John R. Neal, Jr., our current President. They quickly established themselves as an important supplier to the mechanical side of new construction in North Texas. Beginning primarily as a Manufacturers' Representative organization, we have grown to become a very sizable stocking distributor for many manufacturers.

Located in the North East section of Dallas, Texas, our 27,000 sq. ft. office and warehouse is equipped with state of the art material handling equipment and inventory control software. Our team of inside and outside sales personnel, led by John Neal, Jr., can assist Contractors, End Users, and Engineering Firms with detailed specifications and accurately documented quotations. Our "service after the sale" is unsurpassed by our competition. We strive to represent the "Best" of the manufacturers supplying our industry, and continually search and evaluate different product lines to enhance our portfolio.
